Our 2012 GSM is stored in aged oak barrels for 18 months to ensure full flavour and pleasing depth is achieved. This classic blend of Grenache Shiraz and Mouvedre shows lifted aromatics with the combined fruit flavours of the Grenache, Shiraz with Mouvedre providing structure spices and complexity.
