Spring has sprung early with the last week of August giving us above average temperatures. Our white vines have had bud-burst and the bees are busy!
The grass is beautifully green and pruning is well underway, however, given the remaining fire damage to our Cabernet and Merlot, there is a huge amount of repatriation work still to do. I suspect we will be pruning and tidying these damaged vines up well into September.
COVID-19 is still having a significant effect here with visitor numbers significantly down, but thankfully our situation is much better than our friends over east - our thoughts go out to you all!
